The President will promptly sign NDAA Section 1031 into law, codifying who is eligible for “Detention under the law of war without trial.” Without a trial, there is no chance to tell a judge that the government has no evidence. The worst thing about this...

I disagree with the majority of the “Best Albums of the Year” lists this year. Pitchfork comes sort of close, but like the rest, is missing some major hitters. Any list which includes Kanye West & Jay-Z’s “Watch The Throne” are immediately disqualified. That album was absolute garbage. Maybe I’ll make my own list.
